A landing page runs $300–800, a multi-page site with custom design $800–2,500, a site with a catalogue and integrations $2,500–6,000, and a store with payments and CRM starts at $2,500. Three things drive the price: the number of unique screens, the number of external systems to connect, and how custom the design is. You get an itemised estimate after a short call, with no fine print.
A Telegram bot starts at $200. Under $400 you usually get a bot for enquiries, menus and admin notifications; $400–1,200 is a scripted bot with a CRM, a booking calendar and reminders; $1,200–3,000 is a bot with online payments, a catalogue and an admin panel; a Mini App with thousands of items starts at $3,000. Prices differ across the market mostly by the number of integrations and by who answers when the bot breaks at 11pm on a Sunday.
The standard split is 50% at kick-off and 50% before release. On projects above $2000 we split it into three payments tied to stages: start, approved prototype, launch. We never take 100% up front, because that is needless risk for you, and we do not start before the first payment, because the slot is already booked.
Domain and hosting cost $70–150 a year — the minimum it takes to keep any site online. A maintenance plan is optional and usually runs 5–15% of the build cost per year: $100–300 for a simple site, $500–1,500 for a store with integrations, or from $80 a month for a block of hours. There are no mandatory payments to us, and the site keeps working without a subscription.
